I've decided to start my mornings with a smoothie instead of my norm - cereal. Thanks to knee problems and having a couple of kids, weight loss is hard! I've been doing great the past couple of days, but I'm hoping to hold out for a LONG time. I've discovered how to include veggies in pancakes (hehe). If you want to read about that, click HERE.
As I am writing this, I hear my son walk out of his bedroom. I glance over and see that he is nakie.....Oh boys....
